- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged for one night’s stay.
- No-Show Policy: In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

- Check-out Time: 09:00 AM
- Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk for details.
4. Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and electronic transfers.
- Payment Timing: Full payment is required upon check-in. For special promotions or packages, payment may be required in advance.
- Taxes and Fees: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.

- Airport Shuttle: Complimentary airport shuttle service is available for all guests. Please provide your flight details at the time of booking.
- Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel premises.
- Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request.

- Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes provided.
- Valuables: Guests are responsible for securing their valuables. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to valuables left unattended.
